Minutes from January meeting were submitted on line. Motion to accept the
minutes as reported (motion/second/carried)

Treasurer’s Report: LaMar was absent this evening. Dale is taking
membership money this evening.

Dan, N5AR, will be posting some items for sale as soon as he has them all in
order and tested. Steve reported that he has added a new section to the
website called “FOR SALE!” where items may be listed. If you have anything
for sale, send the information to Steve and he will take care of posting it
for you.

The Google Group is up and running and seems to be doing well.

Hamfest: September’s Hamfest at University High School is set up. The
amateur radio club at the high school has become a sponsor for the hamfest.
Because of this the liability is being covered by the school. We now have
one more sponsor for the hamfest. Loren has been appointed as the liaison
for the hamfest information. Thank you Loren.

We will begin working on Field Day information and preparation at the
meeting next month (March). The dates will be June 24th and 25th.

Marybeth will begin setting up a list of all the clubs assets and where they
are. We are not concerned about where the stuff lives, only in what we have
and where to find it when we need it.

Last Year’s Salmon Run: No information yet.

This month’s Contests:
CQ World Wide RTTY WPX February 11 – 12
ARRL International DX – CW February 17 – 19
