The Mellish Reef group had to deal with tremendous heat\/humidity, operating and transportation logistics, not counting the barrage of QSLs to be answered. The top ten most wanted are rare for a reason as he pointed out, activating these rare entities is difficult, expensive, and operators put themselves at personal risk as well. Rob would welcome participants as he plans to activate a few rare ones in the top most wanted over the next few years. <\/li>\n

- [DXpedition Funding<\/strong>] Gary Swartout spoke for the DX funding committee saying the groups recommendation and focus will be on supporting the smaller expeditions and DX ventures. <\/li>\n

- [Constitutional Amendments<\/strong>] Keeping with the Constitution, the proposed amendments as posted on the club website were read and will be voted upon at the March 1st meeting. <\/li>\n
