Some awards may be given by other organizations to our members too. Some awards are sponsored by us in third party contests.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>SDXAer Member of the Year (former DXER OF THE YEAR)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This award is for recognition of a SDXA member who has gone above and beyond for the club and\/or it\u2019s members. It is not to be an award for operating and doing well in contests or rare DX, etc. It likely will not be handed out every year. Club members are encouraged to nominate a member when they see someone going above and beyond.
