An around-the-room introduction, plus an attendance sign-in list, of those present started the activities.  K7OX then made the following announcements:<\/p>\n<p>1.\tThe interim officers were announced as K7OX President, K7TQ Vice President, AA4RT Treasurer, and WA7LT Secretary.  It was explained that all six volunteers at the original March organizational meeting formed a committee to get the club into operation.  They completed their tasks: club name, constitution, meeting dates, interim officers (until the November elections), etc.<br \/>\n2.\tThe next meeting will be at 7 PM in the public library, 44 East Hawthorne off of North Division.<br \/>\n3.\tThe local packet connection is K7TJ on 144.93 MHz.  Do not use any other connection frequency.  WS7V is trying to get a digipeter working into Pullman.<br \/>\n4.\tThe 2002 west-coast DX convention will take place in Portland on August 2 through 4.  (See N5AR for details.)<br \/>\n5.\tThe P5 (North Korea) has been showing up between 05 and 06 Z on 21.225 MHz.<br \/>\n6.\tK7OX&#8217;s club wish list included hope for a program at each meeting, a club logo contest, a committee to generate inter-club competition, a December Christmas banquet, and a summer BBQ, and a group to assist with antennas, RFI, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The 23 present were:<\/p>\n<p>K7OX-F<br \/>\nWA7LT-F<br \/>\nN5AR-F<br \/>\nKE7AJ-F<br \/>\nN7VBW-A<br \/>\nW7FCB<br \/>\nAC7MV-A<br \/>\nKC7QGV-A<br \/>\nK7EFB-F<br \/>\nW6AEA-A<br \/>\nK7GS-F<br \/>\nK7TQ-F<br \/>\nWS7I<br \/>\nKC7MM-F<br \/>\nW7UJ-A<br \/>\nWV7Y<br \/>\nKD7QVX-A<br \/>\nK7AWB-A<br \/>\nKC7WEW-A<br \/>\nK7HRT-A<br \/>\nW3AS-F<br \/>\nAA7RT-F<br \/>\n(F = Full Member, A = Associate Member)<\/p>\n<p>Following the meeting Dan Hearn, N5AR, gave a 30 minute flip chart presentation on 80 meter 4-square arrays.  It was very well received and 20 minutes of questions followed.<\/p>\n<p>C.
