The SDXA took 28th place out of 52 in the USA in the club competition where the scores of both the cw and phone contests were combined. We had 2,087,073 points. All clubs compete equally; there are no club divisions as in the ARRL.

Six SDXA members entered.

Lamar WA7LT won a certificate for his 2nd place finish in 7-land for Single Operator, High Power, 20-meter Single Band. This was also 2nd place in the USA in that category. He made 273,456 points from 771 QSOs.

Steve K7AWB won a certificate for the highest score in the Single Operator, High Power, 40-meter Single Band category. He made 9,911 points from 81 QSOs.

George W6AEA made 204,425 points from 359 QSOs in the Single Operator, High Power, All Band category. He was 8th highest in 7-land.

Kirk K7EKM made 27,370 points from 159 QSOs in the Single Operator, Low Power, All Band category.

Bob AC7GP made 6,802 points from 72 QSOs in the Single Operator, Low Power, 20-meter Single Band category.

Wayne WA1PMA made 50 points from 8 QSOs in the Single Operator, Assisted 160-meter Single Band category.

The SDXA was not listed in the CQ Magazine results due to an omission of theirs. A retraction will take place in a later issue. Our total points were 1,126,262 in the USA club competition where the scores of both the cw and phone contests were combined. All clubs compete equally; there are no club divisions as in the ARRL. That score put us 40th out of 63.

A team of operators at the station of Lamar WA7LT made 1,136,520 points from 1193 QSOs to take the high score in the Multisingle category for the 7th call district. They got a certificate for their showing. The operators were Lamar WA7LT, Steve K7AWB, and Kirk K7EKM.

Gary K7OX made 126,758 points from 398 QSOs in the Single Operator, Low Power, 20-meters only category. He got a certificate for his showing.

George W6AEA made 198,900 points from 385 QSOs in the Single Operator, Low Power, All Band category.

Bob AC7GP made 19,656 points from 119 QSOs also in the Single Operator, Low Power, All Band category.

Wayne WA1PMA made 184,128 points from 317 QSOs in the Single Operator, Assisted category.

The SDXA took 25th place out of 49 in the USA in the club competition where the scores of both the cw and phone contests were combined. We had 2,847,214 points. All clubs compete equally; there are no club divisions as in the ARRL.

The Multioperator, Single Transmitter contest station of WA7LT made 1,364,400 points from 1321 QSOs and won for the USA’s 7th call area. The contest team consisted of Lamar WA7LT, Steve K7AWB, Kirk K7EKM, and Randy K7TQ. Congratulations to the team!

Lamar WA7LT scored 932,340 points from 1010 QSOs in the Single Operator, High Power, All Band category to take 4th in CQ Zone 3 and 3rd in the 7th call area.

George W6AEA/7 scored 179,960 points from 373 QSOs in the Single Operator, High Power, All Band category.

Gary K7OX won a certificate by scoring 104,112 points from 371 QSOs in the Single Operator Assisted category, Single Band of 10-meters. This was the only entry in his category. Congratulations Gary.
