SPOKANE DX ASSOCIATION MINUTES
APRIL 6, 2006
7:00 P.M.

Steve called the meeting to order.

The program for this evening is a video on the DXpedition FT5X0 KERGUELEN
2005 presented by Dale (WU7X).

Next months meeting will be a presentation on the effect of antenna height
on signal. You say that you should put your antenna as high as possible?
That is not necessarily true. It depends on where you want to work into.
Lamar will show a Potomic Valley Radio Club video from a recent seminar and
his own presentation on the correct height for your application. The
program will be presented by LaMar (WA7LT).

Treasurer’s Report: LaMar presented the treasurer=s report and it was
received as presented. We have $808.46 and have sent in our $400.00 seed

you would like to share, please send them to Steve (K7AWB).

from Idaho for the possibility of joining personnel for Field Day.

No up-date, at this time, on the Hamfest. David (AC7MV) and Mary Beth
